Education is something that I am very passionate about. I love to learn new things and grow in my own understanding and practice, but I know that being an effective therapist is difficult. There is a long road between the education someone receives in grad school and building mastery in the art of counseling and therapy.
My goal is to work with young professionals and give them the supervision opportunities that they need to grow into effective counselors. Performance improvement in the professional counseling world is something that sorely needed and too often therapists and counselors land in jobs where their growth is not nurtured or encouraged enough. Consultation is also another important area of professional growth and development that is under served and needs more attention. It takes a lot of work, evaluation, and a willingness to grow, but the opportunities here are ready to meet your needs.
